Google Day 2

Goals:

1.) I expect to learn on how to generate 2D images into 3D images.
2.) I expect to recognize the necessary details, to be able to generate a proper 3D model.
3.) I expect to comprehend the vast knowledge of detail accessing, and working.

Link # 1 is here. This site is a very successful tech tool, because it not only keeps you up to date on all of the latest 3D modeling activities on the big screen, but it also gives you some free tutorials on how to progress on your knowledge of 3D modeling!

Link # 2 is here. Sketchup is a very useful piece of software. It is basically Google Sketchup, however, the website version belongs to a company known as Trimble. It is a very interactive site which allows you to create your own 3D buildings, and designs, based on how you want your structure to look!

Link # 3 is here. Now, Zatun.com is a VERY useful link, which offers constant access, to the latest 3D modeling experiences. It even offers iPhone and iPad apps for your constant usage! This way, you will never be without your 3D models!

Link # 4 is here. The 3D Studio is a useful site, which allows for the browsing of 3D models that others have created. Its a good place to share and to collect ideas from other people, around the world!

Link # 5 is here. www.free3dtutorials.com, is a very interesting site. It allows for the free software download, and free tutorials on how to be able to commence, complete, and continue, your ever-growing, 3D modeling experience!

What I Have Learned:

Throughout today's progress, I have been able to comprehend, was on how many textures, and backgrounds and surroundings that can be applied to 3D modeling! A lot of this information came from Zatun.com, (see logo below), and Free3dTutorials.com! I know that all of this knowledge still needs to be discovered, but with what I have managed to uncover so far, and what I have seen, I can already see that I am ready for the max!

Something I Want To Learn Next Class:

Something I want to learn next class is how to generate a few of Zatun.com's famous iPad apps, and use them for my Google 20% project! And all I can say now is, I sure hope I can do it soon! Bye!

They can log on, and verify your work. The "sheets" that you create, can either be viewed by anyone, or it can be restricted to a limited amount of people. Either way it is a very simple, and easy system to use in case you ever wish to contact a friend, a close associate, or anyone, who you have business with. The site also programs a date setting, to remind you whenever the "sheet" is due. This site is super helpful, and useful! Because it did help me!

How To Use This Site:

1.) Signup by using your email, Google Account, or through Facebook.
2.) Give your "sheet" a title and a description.
3.) You answer if you want anyone who views your site to give you their certain information about the user.
4.) Set the date for when your "sheet" is due.
5.) Answer: "What kinds of "slots" do you have?"
6.) You select the number of "slots" you would like to publish.
7.) Hit "Publish!"
8.) Invite necessary friends or family members to view your work, or, it can be viewed by anyone!

This may be used by other students, because they could easily use this site to keep in close contact with friends, all about a certain project that you might be doing together! This site will keep you all informed and up to date, on all of the latest changes your friends might have done to your "sheet." This site is super helpful! It helped me!

I Agree/Disagree:

1.) I agree that the internet is useful to talk to parents and friends.   
2.) I also agree that this world is becoming a virtual world, every day!
3.) I agree with the lady that you get absorbed into the virtual.
4.) I disagree with not needing to have your Blackberry always. Your life is not all that digital!
5.) I agree that the students at MIT should be wired, it is part of their productivity!
6.) I agree that the teacher becomes anulled to the computers of their students.
7.) I disagree that you can get a negative on a test because of technology. It doesn't happen to me!
8.) I agree that using technology at twice, does increase the multitasking profficiency of kids!
9.) I agree that multitasking may annul the learning efficiency of some kids!
10.) I LOVE that Shakespearean quote. "You are often attracted to what is nourished to!"
11.) I agree that these tests show proof of us increasing efficiency of the brain, during internet usage!
12.) I also agree that texting while driving is a VERY big risk of accidents occuring worldwide!
13.) I disagree that people can die based on "gaming too hard!"
14.) I disagree that these kids should not be so addicted. I play once I accomplish what I need to do!
15.) I agree that this innability to communicate is affecting his social skills! Which I DON'T like!
16.) I agree that this increase in intellect is effective, but it can also consume one another!
17.) I agree that this school upholding the strict effects of computer usage, is a VERY good thing!
18.) I disagree that a few kids cannot feel any effect on going to a school WITHOUT technology!
19.) I disagree that local teachers, should not be constantly spying on their students! Its just wrong!
20.) I disagree that being hooked onto their reading skills, meight improve their literacy skills. But I can also feel that they are getting seperated from the rest of the world, too!
21.) I agree that being able to keep up with these kids on their teching skills, will also be able to improve these kids learning skills, too!
22.) I agree that the internet can be used as a succesful tool for improvement, throughout your life! As they say, "Its keeping you connected!" 
23.) I agree that there is a constant need to "connect", to other people worldwide. And people do that through gaming!
24.) I agree that entering the gaming universe can allow you to enter your "dream world!" And it can truly make you feel better!
25.) I agree that there are a lot of different viewpoints, and levels of confidence, to the sort of "alienation", of gaming around people!
26.) I disagree on how these different people of IBM just abandon an entrie building, for just no purpose at all, whatsoever!
27.) I disagree that the virtual world, should replace the human memory, from those that have not even happened in real life. You just don't get the same experience, anymore!
28.) I disagree that waging wars, real wars, throughout using drones, is going to cause a much greater problem, using technology, for violence! Its just not right!
